Cancellation Policy

At Regal Sutra, we are committed to delivering an unparalleled wedding planning experience, meticulously curating every detail to create a truly memorable celebration. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict No Cancellation Policy as outlined below:

We are ROYAL SUTRA EVENTS PRIVATE LIMITED, doing business as Regal Sutra ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in India at Floor No.: 2ND/F Building No./Flat No.: E-25 Road/Street: NDSE PART II , Delhi, Delhi 110049.
 

  1. No Cancellations

    • Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been made (whether in part or full), cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    • This policy applies to all wedding packages, venue bookings, vendor arrangemes, and any additional services provided by Regal Sutra.
       

  2. Non-Refundable Payments

    • All payments made towards our services are non-refundable.

    • This includes deposits, advance payments, and any partial or full payments made toward your wedding package or any customized service offerings.
       

  3. No Modifications or Rescheduling

    • Once a booking is confirmed, modifications, rescheduling, or changes to the event date, venue, or package details will depend upon the availability and regal sutra decision will be final.

    • Clients are advised to carefully plan and finalize their requirements before making a booking.
       

  4. Force Majeure Clause

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other external factors beyond our control, our No Cancellation Policy will remain in effect.

    • While we will strive to assist clients in finding feasible solutions, we do not guarantee refunds or alternative arrangements.
       

  5. Acknowledgment and Agreement

    • By engaging with Regal Sutra and making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to our No Cancellation Policy.

    • Clients are encouraged to review all terms before confirming their reservation.
